REPAIR
In order to ensure our customers are gaining the most from their Red-E-Set product, Production Solutions provides both spare parts in stock and our 72 Hour Tune Up Service. Simply call our service line, 858-486-1088 begin_of_the_skype_highlightingend_of_the_skype_highlighting, let us know when to expect your units and within two days of receipt, we will return them fully refurbished. The Tune Up includes complete disassembly, cleaning, replacement of all pins, lubricating, reassembly and adjustment. Any spare parts replacement will be quoted separately.

WARRANTY
All manufactured products carry a complete three year warranty, including pins or springs. Electronics and Autoset drive system is covered for one year.

SPARE PARTS
Production Solutions makes every effort to stock a full line of spare parts for all of our products, including older models. Pins, springs and spare parts can usually be shipped same or next day, if needed.
