Productions Solutions to Debut the Latest RED-E-SET Model at APEX

POWAY, CA — February 2014 — Production Solutions Inc., manufacturer of the industry-leading RED-E-SET Board Support System, announces that it will exhibit in Booth #1240 at the IPC APEX EXPO, scheduled to take place March 25-27, 2014 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Company representatives will unveil the new RED-E-SET UPH Universal Part Holder and GoPad PCB Rework / Repair Board Holder.

The RED-E-SET UPH is designed for applications where custom tooling or fixturing is required. The UPH is a high-density pin array that conforms and locks to the shape of the part and remains until a different part is introduced. It eliminates expensive, time-consuming inventory management of custom molds and fixtures. Setup and changeover is completed in seconds, ensuring maximum uptime of equipment and improved productivity and quality.

The new GoPad PCB Rework / Repair Board Holder is an adjustable circuit board holder designed to aid in holding and supporting a circuit board during rework and repair. The GoPad is especially beneficial for thin, flexible or highly routed boards.

Additionally, company representatives will demonstrate the RED-E-SET GO!, HD and SZ as well as the complete RED-E-SET product line. With the addition of the UPH and GoPad, the RED-E-SET product line now offers a full range of support tooling, from the GO! to the mid-range ML Manual Lock, to the fully automatic AS AutoSet.

All of the RED-E-SET products are proven to reduce changeover times, improve quality, eliminate component damage, and increase revenue once implemented on any screen printer, pick-and-place, chip shooter or dispensing machine.
